At Diasocks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
You have 30 days from the time you initiate the return to send your order back to us. All returns and exchanges must be processed through our official portal:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be:
Unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
In their original packaging.
Free from any signs of wear or washing.
Return & Exchange Fee: A flat fee of £9.99 applies for the shipping label, whether you are returning for a refund or requesting an exchange.
Original Shipping: Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges can be managed directly through our Return Portal. Once you select the new item you wish to receive and pay the £9.99 shipping fee, we will process the exchange for you, provided the original items meet our condition requirements.
If your order included a promotional "Buy One Get One" (BOGO) offer or similar bundle:
If you return only a portion of the bundle (e.g., returning one product from a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" deal), your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
In the case of a 1+1 free promotion, returning one item will result in a 50% refund of the total promotional price.
